Being There Reaching Out

I'm looking forward to seeing my friends this weekend. I know for a lot of us we only see each other at these gatherings. It's always wonderful to see you all. Also looiking to welcome our new families. I hope you will find this group open and compassionate and understanding and that it will be comfortable for you. You will get to meet me and learn more about my quilt project. Many of us have championed various projects; walks/runs, rides, golft outings, memorials through out the state, scholarships and even quilts just to name a few. Coming together has spurred a variety of ideas and ways to honor our fallen.

I want to thank everyone that was at the Retreat this weekend in Appleton, I was my first and we had such a fabulous time!!

When I asked my family if they want to do it again, it was unanimous; definitely!
